洗衣机排水异常，显示屏显示 ERR1 故障代码。ERR1 表示排水超时错误，洗衣机在程序中执行排水时，水位开关在规定时间内未能检测到”空筒”信号。
常见原因
- 排水管弯折、压扁或堵塞，导致排水不畅。
- 排水泵过滤器被棉絮、硬币、纽扣等杂物堵塞。
- 排水管末端被水浸没或被脏物堵住，形成排水背压。
- 排水泵电机损坏或叶轮被异物卡死。
- 水位传感器（水位开关）故障，无法正确反馈筒内水位状态。
自助排查
- 关闭洗衣机电源并拔掉电源插头。
- 检查排水管路：从机器后部沿着排水管检查是否有弯折、挤压或打结，将管路理顺。
- 打开洗衣机下方的过滤器检修口（通常在右下角或前饰板下方），逆时针旋开过滤器盖子，清理内部的线屑、硬币等杂物。注意提前在下方放置容器接水。
- 确认排水管出口不高于地面 100 cm，且排水管末端不要完全插入下水道水中，保持空气间隙。
- 清理完毕装回过滤器盖并旋紧，重新通电后选择一个单独的”单脱水”程序运行测试。

Meaning
The washing machine has a drainage abnormality, displaying the ERR1 error code. ERR1 indicates a drain timeout error — during the drain phase, the water level switch did not detect an “empty tub” signal within the expected time.
Common Causes
- The drain hose is kinked, crushed, or clogged, impeding water discharge.
- The drain pump filter is clogged with lint, coins, buttons, or other debris.
- The drain hose outlet is submerged in water or blocked by dirt, creating back pressure.
- The drain pump motor is damaged or the impeller is jammed by foreign objects.
- The water level sensor (pressure switch) is faulty and cannot correctly report the water level in the tub.
Self-Check Steps
- Turn off the washing machine and unplug the power cord.
- Inspect the drain hose: trace along the hose from the rear of the machine, check for kinks, crushing, or knots, and straighten the hose as needed.
- Open the filter access panel (usually at the bottom right or under the front trim), turn the filter cap counterclockwise to remove it, and clean out lint, coins, and other debris. Place a container underneath beforehand to catch residual water.
- Ensure the drain hose outlet is no higher than 100 cm above the floor, and the hose end is not fully inserted into the drain pipe — maintain an air gap.
- After cleaning, reinstall and tighten the filter cap. Plug the machine back in and run a standalone “Spin Only” cycle to test.
