自助排查

- 检查并适当减少单次洗涤的衣物量，特别是大件物品（如毛毯、被套）不要装得过满。
- 检查洗衣机四脚是否平稳着地，使用水平尺检查机身是否水平。若不平，调节机器底部的可调底脚。
- 对于新安装的洗衣机，检查背部是否有运输螺栓未拆除（通常有 3–4 颗），如有必须全部拆除后方可使用，否则会损坏机器。
- 关闭机门重新启动脱水程序。如故障频繁出现，尝试降低脱水转速或选择较低转速的脱水档位。

Common Causes

- Worn or failed shock absorbers (suspension dampers); drum oscillation exceeds safe limits.
- Shipping bolts (new installations only) have not been removed, locking the inner drum in place and preventing normal shock absorption.
- Loose or displaced counterweights, disrupting drum balance.
- Motor or inverter drive board malfunction, preventing establishment of stable spin speed.
Self-Check Steps
- Pause the machine, open the door, loosen tangled laundry, and spread it evenly around the drum.
- Check and reduce the load size if necessary — do not overfill with bulky items such as blankets or duvet covers.
- Verify that all four leveling feet are firmly on the floor. Use a spirit level to check the machine is horizontal; adjust the feet if needed.
- For newly installed machines, check the rear panel for shipping bolts (usually 3–4). All must be removed before use, or the machine will be damaged.
- Close the door and restart the spin cycle. If the error appears frequently, try selecting a lower spin speed setting.
