常见原因
- 机门没有关到位——衣物、拉链或纽扣卡在门缝处。
- 门锁挂钩或门扣位置偏移、变形，导致无法正确啮合。
- 门封圈老化变形，阻碍机门完全闭合。
- 门锁组件（PTC 门锁）内部加热元件烧毁或机械卡死，无法完成上锁动作。
- 门锁开关内部的微动开关接触不良，无法发送”已锁”信号给主板。
- 门锁连接线路插头松动或线束断裂。
自助排查
- 完全打开机门，用手沿门封圈内侧摸一遍，检查并清除可能卡住的纽扣、硬币、拉链头等异物。
- 将机门重新关紧，确保听到或感觉到门锁的”咔嗒”锁止声。关门时可用手掌均匀按压机门正前方区域以确保锁扣到位。
- 如使用的是滚筒洗衣机，检查门铰链是否松动（如机门下垂），轻轻托起机门后再尝试关门锁闭。
- 断开洗衣机电源，等待 3–5 分钟后重新通电，部分型号的门锁可通过断电重新复位。

The washing machine has detected that the door is not properly locked, displaying the ERR2 error code. ERR2 indicates a door lock abnormality. For safety protection, the machine will not run any wash cycle while the door lock is not engaged.
Common Causes
- The door is not fully closed — clothing, zippers, or buttons caught in the door gap.
- The door latch hook or strike plate is misaligned or deformed, preventing proper engagement.
- The door gasket has aged and deformed, obstructing full door closure.
- The door lock assembly (PTC door lock) has a burnt-out internal heating element or mechanical jam, unable to complete the locking action.
- The microswitch inside the door lock has poor electrical contact and cannot send the “locked” signal to the main board.
- The door lock wiring connector is loose or the harness is broken.
Self-Check Steps
- Fully open the door and run your hand along the inside edge of the door gasket to check for and remove any trapped buttons, coins, zipper pulls, or other objects.
- Close the door firmly, ensuring you hear or feel the “click” of the door lock engaging. Apply even pressure with your palm on the front center area of the door to help the latch seat properly.
- For front-loading machines, check if the door hinge is loose (door sagging); gently lift the door while attempting to close and lock it.
- Disconnect the washing machine from power, wait 3–5 minutes, and reconnect — on some models the door lock can reset through a power cycle.
