E6 为室内外机通信故障。室内外机通过信号线交换运行数据，通信中断后室外机无法启动或系统运行异常。
常见原因
- 通信信号线断裂或被老鼠咬断
- 连接端子锈蚀氧化
- 室外机未供电（空开跳闸）
- 通信线上存在电磁干扰
- 室内或室外机主板通信电路损坏
自助排查
- 检查室外机的独立电源开关或空气开关是否跳闸，如是则复位。
- 目视检查室内外机之间的连接线是否有破损、断裂痕迹。
- 断电后检查信号线两端端子是否松动或生锈，清洁并重新拧紧。
- 检查线路周围是否有新增的大功率电器或变频设备，可能产生干扰。
- 若线路完好且供电正常但仍报 E6，主板通信电路可能损坏，需联系海信售后。

Meaning
Communication failure between indoor and outdoor units. The two units exchange operating data via signal wiring. When communication is interrupted, the outdoor unit cannot start.
Common Causes
- Signal wire broken or chewed by rodents

- Outdoor unit not receiving power (breaker tripped)
- Electromagnetic interference on communication line
- Indoor or outdoor main board communication circuit damaged
Self-Check Steps
- Check whether the dedicated power switch or circuit breaker for the outdoor unit has tripped; reset it if necessary.
- Visually inspect the connection wiring between indoor and outdoor units for damage or breakage.
- Power off and check whether the terminals at both ends of the signal wire are loose or rusted; clean and retighten.
- Check whether new high-power appliances or variable-frequency devices have been installed nearby that may cause interference.
- If wiring and power are normal but E6 persists, the main board communication circuit may be damaged; contact Hisense service.
