E5 为压缩机过载保护触发。当压缩机运行电流过大或排气温度过高时，过载保护器断开，空调停机保护压缩机安全，防止烧毁。
常见原因
- 制冷剂充注过多，压缩机负载过大
- 冷凝器脏堵，散热不良
- 室外风机不转或转速异常
- 压缩机绕组绝缘下降，运行电流偏大
- 过载保护器本身触点老化误动作
自助排查
- 立即断电，让机组冷却至少 15 分钟后重新上电，观察是否恢复正常。
- 检查室外机冷凝器翅片是否积灰严重，清洗翅片改善散热。
- 开机时观察室外风机是否正常运转，不转则检查风机电容和电机。
- 测量压缩机接线柱各绕组阻值是否均衡，对地绝缘是否正常（需专业人员操作）。
- 如频繁触发过载，需联系海信售后检查制冷系统压力和压缩机状态。

Self-Check Steps

- When starting, observe whether the outdoor fan runs normally; if not, check the fan capacitor and motor.
- Measure compressor winding resistances and insulation to ground (requires a qualified technician).
