E5 为压缩机过载保护触发。当压缩机运行电流过大或排气温度过高时，过载保护器断开，空调停机保护压缩机安全，防止烧毁。

常见原因

1. 制冷剂充注过多，压缩机负载过大
2. 冷凝器脏堵，散热不良
3. 室外风机不转或转速异常
4. 压缩机绕组绝缘下降，运行电流偏大
5. 过载保护器本身触点老化误动作

自助排查

1. 立即断电，让机组冷却至少 15 分钟后重新上电，观察是否恢复正常。
2. 检查室外机冷凝器翅片是否积灰严重，清洗翅片改善散热。
3. 开机时观察室外风机是否正常运转，不转则检查风机电容和电机。
4. 测量压缩机接线柱各绕组阻值是否均衡，对地绝缘是否正常（需专业人员操作）。
5. 如频繁触发过载，需联系海信售后检查制冷系统压力和压缩机状态。

Compressor overload protection activated. When the compressor draws excessive current or the discharge temperature is too high, the overload protector trips and the unit shuts down.

Common Causes

1. Excessive refrigerant charge causing high compressor load
2. Condenser dirty or blocked, poor heat dissipation
3. Outdoor fan not running or spinning abnormally
4. Compressor winding insulation degraded, causing high running current
5. Overload protector contacts aged and tripping falsely

Self-Check Steps

1. Immediately power off, let the unit cool for at least 15 minutes, then power on to check if it recovers.
2. Check if the outdoor condenser fins are heavily soiled; clean the fins to improve heat dissipation.
3. When starting, observe whether the outdoor fan runs normally; if not, check the fan capacitor and motor.
4. Measure compressor winding resistances and insulation to ground (requires a qualified technician).
5. If overload protection triggers frequently, contact Hisense service to check the refrigerant system and compressor condition.
