E3 为室内风机转速反馈异常。控制板通过霍尔传感器检测风机转速，当反馈信号缺失或转速偏离设定值过大时触发 E3，导致室内机停机保护。

常见原因

1. 风机电机内霍尔传感器损坏
2. 风机轴承卡死
3. 控制板风机驱动 IC 损坏
4. 风扇叶片被异物卡住
5. 风机电容失效（交流电机机型）

自助排查

1. 断电后手动拨动贯流风扇叶片，检查是否能自由转动、有无卡滞。
2. 打开室内机面板，检查风道内是否有异物卡住风扇。
3. 如风扇转动顺畅但开机不久报 E3，可能是电机霍尔反馈故障，需测量反馈信号。
4. 对于交流电机机型，检查风机电容是否鼓包或容量下降。
5. 若确认电机或控制板故障，需联系海信售后更换室内风机电机或控制板。

Meaning

Indoor fan motor speed feedback abnormal. The control board monitors fan speed via Hall sensors. When the feedback signal is missing or actual speed deviates significantly from the set value, E3 is triggered.

Common Causes

1. Hall sensor inside the fan motor failed
2. Fan motor bearing seized
3. Fan motor driver IC on control board damaged
4. Fan blade obstructed by foreign object
5. Fan capacitor failed (AC motor models)

Self-Check Steps

1. Power off and manually rotate the cross-flow fan blades to check for free movement or binding.
2. Open the indoor unit panel and check for foreign objects blocking the fan in the air duct.
3. If the fan spins freely but E3 appears soon after startup, the Hall feedback may be faulty; measure the feedback signal.
4. For AC motor models, check whether the fan capacitor is bulging or has reduced capacitance.
5. If the motor or control board is confirmed faulty, contact Hisense service for replacement.
