自助排查

1. 检查室内机进风口处的温度传感器外观是否完好。
2. 断电后打开面板，检查传感器插头是否松动或脱落。
3. 用万用表测量传感器阻值，常温下正常约为 5-10kΩ（因型号而异），如阻值无穷大或为零说明传感器损坏。
4. 如传感器外观正常但测量异常，尝试更换同型号传感器。
5. 若更换传感器后仍报故障，控制板检测电路可能损坏，需联系海信售后。

Room temperature sensor (indoor ambient thermistor) open or short circuit. The thermistor is located at the indoor unit air intake and detects the actual room temperature.

3. Sensor moisture ingress causing short circuit
4. Control board sensor detection circuit fault
5. Sensor physically damaged (e.g. impact)

Self-Check Steps

1. Check the appearance of the temperature sensor at the indoor unit air intake.
2. Power off, open the panel, and check whether the sensor connector is loose or detached.
3. Use a multimeter to measure sensor resistance; at room temperature it is normally around 5-10kΩ (varies by model).
4. If the sensor looks normal but measures abnormally, try replacing it with the same type.
5. If the fault persists after sensor replacement, the control board detection circuit may be damaged; contact Hisense service.
