E1 为室内环境温度传感器故障。该热敏电阻位于室内机进风口处，用于检测室内实际温度，传感器开路或短路将导致空调无法正常控温。
常见原因
- 传感器热敏电阻老化阻值漂移
- 传感器连接线断开或端子氧化
- 传感器受潮导致短路
- 控制板传感器检测电路故障
- 传感器物理损坏（如被撞击）
自助排查
- 检查室内机进风口处的温度传感器外观是否完好。
- 断电后打开面板，检查传感器插头是否松动或脱落。
- 用万用表测量传感器阻值，常温下正常约为 5-10kΩ（因型号而异），如阻值无穷大或为零说明传感器损坏。
- 如传感器外观正常但测量异常，尝试更换同型号传感器。
- 若更换传感器后仍报故障，控制板检测电路可能损坏，需联系海信售后。

Meaning
Room temperature sensor (indoor ambient thermistor) open or short circuit. The thermistor is located at the indoor unit air intake and detects the actual room temperature.

Self-Check Steps
- Check the appearance of the temperature sensor at the indoor unit air intake.
- Power off, open the panel, and check whether the sensor connector is loose or detached.
- Use a multimeter to measure sensor resistance; at room temperature it is normally around 5-10kΩ (varies by model).
- If the sensor looks normal but measures abnormally, try replacing it with the same type.
- If the fault persists after sensor replacement, the control board detection circuit may be damaged; contact Hisense service.
