E010 为系统过热保护触发。电视内部温度超出安全阈值，系统自动进入保护状态并关机，以防止芯片及电路永久性损坏。
常见原因
- 散热风扇停转或转速过低
- 通风口被灰尘堵塞
- 使用环境温度过高
- 主 SoC 散热片脱落或硅脂干涸
- 散热片与芯片间导热垫失效
自助排查
- 立即切断电源，让电视自然冷却至少 30 分钟。
- 检查电视背面和侧面的通风口是否有灰尘堆积，使用吸尘器或软毛刷清洁。
- 确认电视安装位置通风良好，周围不应有遮挡物，离墙至少留 10cm 间距。
- 开机后观察散热风扇是否运转（可贴近背部听声音或感受气流）。
- 若风扇不转或清洁后仍频繁过热保护，需联系海信售后检查散热系统。

Self-Check Steps
- Immediately disconnect power and let the TV cool down naturally for at least 30 minutes.
- Check the rear and side ventilation vents for dust accumulation; clean using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.
- Ensure the TV is installed in a well-ventilated area with no obstructions; leave at least 10cm clearance from the wall.
- After powering on, check whether the cooling fan is spinning (listen near the back or feel for airflow).
- If the fan does not spin or overheating protection still triggers after cleaning, contact Hisense after-sales service to inspect the cooling system.
