- 清理传感器上附着的冰块和霜层。
- 断开传感器线束插头，检查插针是否有氧化或腐蚀，用酒精清洁后重新插回。

The Konka refrigerator has detected an abnormal fresh food (refrigerator) compartment temperature sensor. Error code E0 indicates that the main control board has detected an open circuit, short circuit, or resistance value outside the normal range on the refrigerator compartment sensor (typically an NTC thermistor). The refrigerator may continue running but temperature control in the fresh food compartment will be inaccurate, potentially causing over-cooling or insufficient cooling.
Common Causes
- The fresh food compartment sensor itself is damaged — the NTC thermistor is open or has drifted.
- The sensor wiring connector is loose or oxidized at the main board socket.
- The sensor probe has detached from the evaporator surface inside the compartment and is reading ambient air instead of evaporator surface temperature.
- The sensor leads have degraded insulation or are shorted due to condensate moisture in the compartment.
- The sensor wiring inside the foam insulation layer of the cabinet has broken (common in models with frequent door-opening cycles).
- The voltage divider resistors or filter capacitors on the main board are damaged.
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle the refrigerator, wait 5 minutes, then reconnect power and observe whether E0 clears.
- Open the refrigerator compartment door and check whether the sensor probe (usually on the rear wall or near the lamp cover) has fallen off or is encased in ice.
- Clean any ice or frost buildup from the sensor.
- Disconnect the sensor wiring connector, inspect the pins for oxidation or corrosion, clean with alcohol, and reconnect.
