- 检查传感器线束插头是否有水渍或结冰迹象，用电吹风冷风档吹干后重新插接。

The freezer temperature cannot be accurately detected or controlled, potentially causing food to thaw or the compressor to run continuously without stopping.
Common Causes
- The freezer sensor itself is damaged — the NTC thermistor is open or its resistance has drifted.
- The sensor wiring insulation has hardened and cracked from prolonged exposure to low temperatures, causing a short circuit.
- The freezer sensor probe is encased in thick ice, severely delaying its thermal response.
- Water ingress during the defrost cycle has frozen inside the sensor connector, causing poor contact or damaged pins.
- The sensor wiring inside the cabinet foam insulation has been pinched or broken.
- The sensor detection circuit on the main control board has failed.
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle the refrigerator and verify whether E1 clears.
- Open the freezer door and check if the sensor probe is covered in thick ice — if so, perform a manual defrost (remove food, leave the door open for 8-12 hours).
- After defrosting, check whether the sensor is intact and properly positioned.
- Check the sensor connector for moisture or ice, dry it with a hair dryer on the cool setting, and reconnect.
