- 检查洗衣机四脚是否平稳着地，用水平尺检查机身顶面是否水平，必要时调节底脚高度。

Common Causes
- Laundry is concentrated on one side of the drum instead of being evenly spread.
- Bulky items (such as bed sheets, blankets, bath towels) tend to clump together during washing.
- Mixing items of significantly different sizes or weights (e.g., a heavy coat with a few light undergarments) causes uneven weight distribution.
- The washing machine is not leveled properly; a tilted unit amplifies unbalance issues.
- Worn or damaged shock absorbers (dampers) that can no longer effectively suppress drum oscillation.
Self-Check Steps
- Pause the machine, open the door, and manually loosen tangled laundry, then redistribute it evenly around the drum.
- If washing bulky items (e.g., bed sheets, blankets), consider removing some items or adding a couple of smaller items to balance the load.
- Avoid loading too few or too many items; keep the load between 30%–80% of the rated capacity.
- Check that all four leveling feet are firmly on the floor. Use a spirit level on top of the machine to verify it is perfectly horizontal; adjust the feet if needed.
