室外风扇电机故障。室外机轴流风扇电机运转异常——不启动、转速异常或反馈信号丢失，影响冷凝器散热效率，可能导致制冷/制热性能下降。
常见原因
- 室外风扇电机轴承卡死（常年暴露在室外环境下进水生锈）
- 电机绕组绝缘下降（IPX4防水等级老化），匝间短路
- 直流无刷电机驱动板上的功率管击穿
- 电机霍尔元件损坏，控制板无法获取转速反馈
- 风扇叶片破损或变形导致动平衡不良、运行噪音增大
自助排查
- 断开空调电源，用手转动室外风扇叶片检查是否自由旋转、有无异响
- 检查风扇叶片有无破损、裂纹或变形
- 使用万用表测量电机各绕组阻值是否在正常范围内
- 若电机不转且测量绕组无短路，可能驱动板损坏，需更换电机或驱动板

Outdoor fan motor fault. The outdoor unit’s axial fan motor is operating abnormally — not starting, abnormal speed, or missing feedback signal. This compromises condenser heat dissipation and may reduce heating/cooling performance.
Common Causes
- Seized outdoor fan motor bearings (rust from years of outdoor exposure and water ingress)
- Degraded motor winding insulation (IPX4 rating deteriorating over time) causing inter-turn shorts
- Blown power transistors on the DC brushless motor driver board
- Damaged Hall sensor in the motor, preventing the control board from receiving speed feedback
- Cracked or deformed fan blade causing dynamic imbalance and increased running noise
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the AC, then manually spin the outdoor fan to check for smooth, free rotation and abnormal noise
- Inspect the fan blade for cracks, chips, or deformation
- Measure motor winding resistance with a multimeter and compare to the specification
- If the motor does not spin and windings test normal, the driver board is likely defective — replace motor or driver assembly
