自助排查
- 用吸尘器从排水管室外出口处吸除堵塞物，或使用排水管清洗刷疏通
- 向接水盘注入少量清水，观察排水管出口是否有水流出
- 检查室内机安装是否水平，排水侧是否略低于另一侧
- 如果排水管畅通但浮子开关不复位，可能需清洁或更换浮子开关

Common Causes
- Drain hose blocked by dust, algae, or debris — condensate cannot exit
- Improper drain hose installation creating a trap or insufficient slope for gravity drainage
- Float switch stuck in the high-water position, unable to drop as water drains
- Indoor unit tilted in the wrong direction so condensate flows away from the drain outlet
- Heavily fouled evaporator coils causing abnormally high condensate production
Self-Check Steps
- Vacuum the drain hose from the outdoor outlet using a wet/dry vac, or use a drain cleaning brush to clear blockages
- Pour a small amount of clean water into the drain pan and observe whether it flows out the drain hose
- Check that the indoor unit is level and slopes slightly toward the drain side
- If the drain is clear but the float switch will not reset, clean or replace the float switch assembly
