IPM（智能功率模块）保护触发。室外机IPM模块检测到过流、过温或驱动电压过低等内部异常，模块自保护电路关闭输出。
常见原因
- IPM模块内部IGBT过流或短路保护触发
- IPM模块内部温度过高（超过模块结温上限）
- IPM模块驱动电源15V电压偏低或波动过大
- 压缩机绕组绝缘不良导致IPM输出相间短路
- IPM模块本身老化或质量缺陷，阈值漂移
自助排查
- 关闭空调后等待15分钟让IPM冷却，重新上电测试是否能恢复正常运行
- 测量IPM模块驱动电源电压是否在15V±0.5V范围内
- 断开压缩机连接线，单独测试室外机看是否仍报H39，以区分压缩机还是IPM故障
- 若断开负载后仍报H39，基本可判定IPM模块损坏，需更换室外机主板

IPM (Intelligent Power Module) protection triggered. The outdoor IPM module detected an internal fault — overcurrent, overtemperature, or under-voltage drive — and the module’s self-protection circuit has disabled its output.
Common Causes
- Internal IGBT overcurrent or short-circuit protection triggered in the IPM module
- IPM internal junction temperature exceeding the maximum rated limit
- IPM drive supply voltage (15V) too low or unstable
- Poor insulation in the compressor windings causing inter-phase short on the IPM output
- Aged or defective IPM module with drifted protection thresholds
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the AC for 15 minutes to let the IPM cool, then re-power to see if normal operation resumes
- Measure the IPM drive supply voltage — should be 15V ± 0.5V
- Disconnect the compressor wiring and run the outdoor unit alone to isolate whether the compressor or IPM is at fault
- If H39 persists with the compressor disconnected, the IPM module is likely damaged — replace the outdoor main board
