PI（比例积分）控制异常。空调系统的膨胀阀开度控制或电子膨胀阀（EEV）的PI调节超出正常工作范围，无法将过热度或过冷度控制在目标值内。
常见原因
- 电子膨胀阀线圈驱动信号异常或线圈开路
- 电子膨胀阀阀芯卡滞在某一开度，无法正常调节
- 系统制冷剂充注量严重偏离标准值
- 室内机或室外机温度传感器读数偏差导致PI算法计算错误
- 电子膨胀阀驱动芯片损坏，步进电机无法正确步进
自助排查
- 断电后重新上电，听电子膨胀阀是否有复位时发出的”咔咔”步进声
- 检查电子膨胀阀线圈插头是否插接到位
- 使用万用表测量线圈各相绕组的直流电阻（通常为40-80Ω），对比是否平衡
- 若线圈正常但无复位动作，需更换电子膨胀阀线圈或主板驱动IC

Meaning
PI (Proportional-Integral) control abnormal. The expansion valve’s PI regulation (or electronic expansion valve EEV control) has fallen outside the normal operating range, failing to maintain the target superheat or subcooling value.
Common Causes
- Abnormal drive signal to the electronic expansion valve coil or open coil circuit
- EEV valve spool stuck at a fixed opening, unable to regulate
- Refrigerant charge deviating significantly from the rated value
- Biased temperature sensor readings (indoor or outdoor) causing incorrect PI calculation
- Damaged EEV driver IC — stepper motor cannot step correctly
Self-Check Steps
- Power off then on, and listen for the “clicking” step sound of the EEV resetting
- Check that the expansion valve coil connector is fully seated
- Measure the DC resistance of each phase winding (typically 40-80Ω per phase) and check for balance
- If the coil tests normal but there is no reset action, replace the expansion valve coil or main board driver IC
