- 室外机散热不良导致压缩机环境温度过高
自助排查
- 停机等待30分钟让压缩机冷却，然后重启观察是否能恢复正常运行
- 清洗室内机滤网和室外机散热翅片，改善换热

Compressor overheat protection. The internal temperature of the compressor is too high — the thermal protector (built-in PTC or bimetallic strip) has tripped, or the discharge temperature sensor has detected an overtemperature condition.
Common Causes
- Severely low refrigerant charge reducing suction gas cooling of the compressor, causing rapid temperature rise
- Prolonged high operating current sustained over time
- Frequent compressor short-cycling, each startup surge adding cumulative temperature rise
- Insufficient or degraded compressor oil unable to effectively carry away internal heat
- Poor outdoor unit heat dissipation raising the ambient temperature around the compressor
Self-Check Steps
- Stop the AC for 30 minutes to allow the compressor to cool, then restart to see if normal operation resumes
- Clean the indoor air filter and outdoor coil fins to improve heat exchange
- Check system pressures to determine whether refrigerant is low
- If overheat protection recurs frequently, measure compressor running current and discharge temperature to rule out internal compressor damage
