压缩机壳体温度传感器故障。安装于压缩机壳体表面的NTC温度传感器信号异常，系统不能准确监测压缩机外壳温度，影响过热保护逻辑。
常见原因
- 传感器固定卡扣断裂，传感器探头与壳体表面脱离
- 传感器引线在压缩机振动下反复弯折后疲劳断裂
- 传感器NTC芯片在高温环境下性能漂移
- 压缩机壳体温度传感器插头受油污污染，接触不良
- 传感器线束与其他强电线缆摩擦导致绝缘破损
自助排查
- 检查压缩机壳体上的传感器是否固定牢靠，探头是否紧贴壳体
- 用万用表测量传感器阻值，与壳体实际温度（红外测温枪）对比
- 检查传感器引线有无断裂或绝缘磨损
- 若阻值明显偏离温度对应的阻值表，需更换压缩机壳体温度传感器

- Sensor lead wire fatigued and broken from repeated flexing under compressor vibration
- NTC chip performance drifted from prolonged high-temperature exposure
- Sensor connector contaminated with oil, causing poor contact
- Sensor wire insulation chafed from rubbing against high-power cables
Self-Check Steps
- Check that the sensor on the compressor shell is securely fastened and the probe contacts the shell surface
- Measure sensor resistance with a multimeter and verify against actual shell temperature (IR thermometer reading)
- Inspect the sensor lead wires for breaks or insulation wear
- If resistance deviates significantly from the temperature-resistance table, replace the compressor shell temperature sensor
