常见原因
- 室外机冷凝器散热严重不良——翅片堵塞或风扇停转
- 系统制冷剂充注量过多
- 室外机安装在阳光直射且通风极差的角落
- 制冷系统管路中存在堵塞（尤其排气管或冷凝器内部）
- 环境温度极高时满负荷运行
自助排查
- 检查室外机风扇是否正常运转，转速是否正常
- 清洗室外机冷凝器翅片，保证换热效果
- 用高压表测量高压侧压力，确认是否超出正常范围（R32系统通常不超过4.2MPa）
- 若高压偏高，可能需要回收部分制冷剂至标准充注量

Meaning
High pressure protection. The high-side refrigerant pressure has exceeded the safety limit — the high-pressure switch has tripped or the pressure sensor detects an over-limit value. The system shuts down urgently to prevent compressor overload and pipe rupture.
Common Causes
- Severely blocked outdoor condenser fins or stopped fan causing poor heat dissipation
- Excessive refrigerant charge in the system
- Outdoor unit installed in a corner with direct sunlight and poor ventilation
- Blockage inside the refrigeration circuit (particularly in the discharge pipe or condenser)
- Full-load operation under extreme ambient temperature conditions
Self-Check Steps
- Check that the outdoor fan is running at normal speed
- Clean the outdoor condenser fins to restore heat exchange efficiency
- Use a high-pressure gauge to measure the high-side pressure — for R32 systems it should normally not exceed 4.2MPa
- If high-side pressure is too high, some refrigerant may need to be recovered to reach the standard charge
