WiFi模块故障。电视无法搜索或连接无线网络，WiFi设置页面显示模块不可用或MAC地址为全零，影响流媒体播放和智能功能。
常见原因
- WiFi模块（通常为USB或SDIO接口的独立子板）接触不良或松动
- 模块固件异常或驱动程序丢失，网络显示”WiFi不可用”
- 天线连接线未接好或天线座断裂，信号极弱无法搜索到任何网络
- 模块芯片过热或静电损坏，操作系统无法识别硬件
- 路由器设置了与电视不兼容的WiFi频段（如仅支持WiFi 6 160MHz频宽）
自助排查
- 进入电视设置-网络-查看WiFi MAC地址；若显示00:00:00:00:00:00表示模块未识别
- 拔掉电视电源等待30秒后重新通电，尝试重启模块
- 检查电视背面的WiFi天线接口是否松动，重新插紧天线连接线
- 若依然无法使用，可通过USB外接有线网卡临时解决上网需求，或更换内部WiFi模块

WiFi module failure. The TV cannot scan or connect to wireless networks. The WiFi settings page shows the module as unavailable or the MAC address as all zeros, impacting streaming and smart features.
Common Causes
- Loose or poor contact of the WiFi module (typically a sub-board connected via USB or SDIO interface)
- Module firmware corruption or missing driver, showing “WiFi not available” in network settings
- Disconnected or broken antenna cable, resulting in extremely weak signal unable to detect any networks
- Module chip overheating or ESD damage causing the OS to fail to enumerate the hardware
- Router configured for WiFi bands incompatible with the TV (e.g. WiFi 6-only 160MHz channel width)
Self-Check Steps
- Navigate to Settings > Network > Status and check the WiFi MAC address — 00:00:00:00:00:00 means the module is not recognized
- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and power back on to reset the module
- Check the WiFi antenna connector on the back of the TV and re-seat the antenna wire
- As a workaround, use a USB wired Ethernet adapter for internet access, or replace the internal WiFi module
