- 拔掉并重新插紧T-Con板到屏幕的扁平排线（COF排线），确保金手指清洁

- 用万用表测量T-Con板上关键测试点：VGH（通常20-30V）、VGL（-5至-8V）、VDA（12-15V）
- 若某路电压正常但仍有花屏现象，则T-Con IC本身可能已损坏，需更换T-Con板

Timing Control (T-Con) board failure. The TV has sound but the display is abnormal — garbled image, horizontal lines, white screen, half-black screen, or color distortion. The T-Con board fails to correctly convert LVDS/eDP signals into the panel drive timing.
Common Causes
- Damaged Gamma correction IC on the T-Con board causing severe grayscale color shifting
- Faulty VCOM reference voltage circuit causing screen flicker or one-side dimness
- Loose or oxidized LVDS/eDP ribbon cable contacts causing signal degradation
- Missing one or more DC-DC converter rail voltages (VGH/VGL/VDA) on the T-Con board
- ESD damage or internal short in the timing controller IC on the logic board
Self-Check Steps
- Unplug and re-seat the flat ribbon cables (COF) between the T-Con board and the panel, ensuring clean contacts
- Verify the ribbon cables between panel and T-Con are fully seated under the latch
- Measure key T-Con test points with a multimeter: VGH (typically 20-30V), VGL (-5 to -8V), VDA (12-15V)
- If voltages are correct but image distortion persists, the T-Con IC itself is likely damaged and the board needs replacement
