音频功放故障。电视图像正常但声音异常——完全无声、声音嘶哑、失真严重或音量不可控。音频功放IC或周边电路出现问题导致音频信号放大异常。
常见原因
- 音频功放IC（Class-D放大器）过热损坏，输出端对地短路触发保护
- 功放供电电压异常（如功放所需12V或24V电压缺失）
- 扬声器阻抗不匹配或扬声器音圈短路，造成功放过载
- I2S音频总线信号（BCLK/LRCK/SDATA）丢失或时序错乱
- 静音控制电路（MUTE脚）异常拉低，长期处于静音状态
自助排查
- 用耳机插入电视耳机接口检查是否有声音，以区分功放级还是前级信号问题
- 进入菜单关闭环绕声或均衡器效果，排除DSP设置导致的失真
- 检查扬声器连接线是否接触良好，正负极有无短路
- 若耳机有声但扬声器无声，基本可判断为内置功放或扬声器故障，需更换音频功放板

Meaning
Audio amplifier failure. The TV displays picture normally but the sound is abnormal — complete silence, distorted output, crackling, or uncontrollable volume. The audio amplifier IC or its peripheral circuitry has failed.
Common Causes
- Class-D audio amplifier IC overheated and damaged, output shorted to ground triggering protection
- Missing or abnormal amplifier supply voltage (e.g. 12V or 24V rail absent)
- Speaker impedance mismatch or voice coil short-circuit overloading the amplifier
- Lost or corrupted I2S audio bus signals (BCLK/LRCK/SDATA) to the amplifier
- Mute control circuit held low permanently, keeping the amplifier in forced mute
Self-Check Steps
- Connect headphones to the TV headphone jack and check for audio — isolates whether the fault is in the amplifier stage or the signal source
- Disable surround sound or equalizer effects in the audio menu to rule out DSP settings causing distortion
- Inspect speaker wire connections for good contact and check for short circuits between positive and negative terminals
- If headphones work but speakers do not, the internal amplifier or speakers are likely faulty and the audio board needs replacement
