系统死机/卡死。电视在工作过程中突然无响应——画面定格、遥控器和面板按键均无效、无法关机或开机后卡在Logo画面反复重启。系统软件或硬件看门狗触发异常。
常见原因
- 操作系统进程死锁或内存泄漏，导致UI线程无响应
- 系统固件OTA升级中断或数据损坏，造成分区表错误无法引导
- 主板DDR内存与SoC之间的数据线虚焊，随机死机
- 后台运行的应用程序崩溃且系统未正确回收资源
- 主板上的看门狗定时器（Watchdog）误触发，持续复位系统
自助排查
- 长按电视电源键10秒以上强制关机，等待1分钟后重新开机
- 拔掉电源线同时按住”菜单”键不放再插电，尝试进入工程模式清除缓存
- 拔除所有外接设备（USB设备、HDMI设备），排除外设干扰导致的系统死锁
- 若频繁死机，需通过USB进行固件强制升级或更换主板

System hang/stuck. The TV becomes completely unresponsive during operation — the screen freezes, remote and panel buttons do nothing, and the unit cannot be turned off or enters a boot loop. Either the system software or the hardware watchdog timer has triggered abnormally.
Common Causes
- OS process deadlock or memory leak causing the UI thread to hang indefinitely
- Interrupted OTA firmware update or corrupted system data causing partition table errors
- Cold solder joints on DDR memory data lines between RAM and SoC causing random lockups
- Background app crash with the system failing to properly reclaim resources
- False triggering of the hardware watchdog timer, continuously resetting the system
Self-Check Steps
- Press and hold the power button for 10+ seconds to force power off, wait 1 minute, then power on again
- Unplug the power cord, hold the “Menu” button on the TV panel, plug in — enters factory mode to clear cache
- Disconnect all external devices (USB, HDMI) to rule out peripheral-induced system deadlock
- If freezes persist, perform a forced firmware upgrade via USB or replace the main board
