自助排查

- Aged PTC resettable fuse on the USB power rail triggering prematurely
Self-Check Steps
- Disconnect all USB devices and check if the TV recovers; if so, reconnect devices one by one to identify the faulty one
- Inspect the USB port’s metal shell and internal contacts for deformation or debris — clean with a small brush
- For external hard drives, use a Y-cable with independent power or a powered USB hub
- If the overcurrent warning persists with no device connected, the USB power circuit is damaged and the main board needs replacement
