常见原因
- 碰撞传感器缓冲器被灰尘或碎屑卡在压缩位置
- 缓冲器回弹弹簧脱落或断裂
- 碰撞传感器红外对管(或微动开关)错位/损坏
- 缓冲器与机身之间有异物卡入
- 传感器电路接触不良导致碰撞信号持续触发
自助排查
- 检查碰撞缓冲器是否能自由前后移动——手动按压释放
- 清除缓冲器与机身缝隙中的碎屑和异物
- 检查缓冲器两侧回弹弹簧是否在位且完好
- 用软布清洁碰撞传感器窗口
- 如缓冲器自由活动但传感器仍报错——需检查传感器电路板

Meaning
Bumper sensor anomaly. The robot’s front collision bumper is stuck, fails to spring back, or the sensor is unresponsive.
Common Causes
- Bumper frame jammed in a compressed position by dust or debris
- Bumper return spring detached or broken
- Misaligned or damaged IR pair (or micro-switch) inside the bumper assembly
- Foreign object wedged between the bumper and the main body
- Poor electrical connection in the sensor circuit causing a constant triggered signal
Self-Check Steps
- Check that the bumper moves freely back and forth — press and release manually
- Clear debris and foreign objects from the gap between the bumper and the chassis
- Inspect the return springs on both sides of the bumper for damage or detachment
- Wipe the bumper sensor windows with a soft cloth
- If the bumper moves freely but the sensor still faults, inspect the sensor circuit board
