分水阀故障。洗碗机分水阀（水流切换阀）无法正常切换，导致喷淋臂水压分配异常，部分区域清洗不充分。
常见原因
- 分水阀电机或电磁铁卡死
- 分水阀内部密封圈老化导致窜水
- 分水阀驱动电路（继电器/可控硅）损坏
- 分水阀位置检测微动开关故障
- 阀芯被水垢或异物卡阻无法转动
- 分水阀供电线束接触不良
自助排查
- 断电重启，观察是否在程序切换时听到分水阀动作的”咔嗒”声
- 运行快速洗程序，观察上下喷淋臂是否交替出水——仅一臂出水则分水阀未切换
- 检查分水阀线束插头是否松动，重新插拔
- 若分水阀被水垢卡阻，使用洗碗机专用除垢剂运行空洗程序
- 需更换分水阀组件时建议同步更换密封圈

Common Causes

- Poor contact in the diverter valve power harness
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle and listen for a clicking sound from the diverter valve during program transitions
- Run a quick wash cycle and observe whether the upper and lower spray arms alternate — water from only one arm indicates a stuck diverter
- Check the diverter valve harness connector; reseat it
- If the valve is scaled up, run an empty wash cycle with dishwasher descaler
- When replacing the diverter valve assembly, it is recommended to replace the seals at the same time
