常见原因
- 磁控管灯丝烧断(开路),无法预热产生电子发射

自助排查
- 断电等待:拔掉电源插头,等待至少 5 分钟让高压电容放电完毕(危险!高压电容可能残留电荷)
- 听加热声音:在杯中放少量水加热 10 秒,听是否有微波工作特有的嗡嗡声;无声音可能磁控管未工作
- 检查冷却风扇:确认微波炉工作时散热风扇是否正常运行;风扇不转可能导致磁控管过热保护
- 检查磁控管保险:部分型号磁控管电路中串联有温度保险管(热熔断器),检查是否熔断

Microwave magnetron failure. E2 indicates the main control chip detects abnormal magnetron operating current — typically caused by an aged magnetron, open filament, or vacuum leak, preventing microwave generation.
Common Causes
- Open magnetron filament (cannot preheat to produce electron emission)
- Aged magnetron with degraded emission efficiency and low operating current
- Vacuum leak in the magnetron, causing internal arcing
- Burned or damaged magnetron antenna cap
- Abnormal magnetron operating voltage (secondary effect from faulty high-voltage transformer or capacitor)
- Magnetron thermal protector triggered by cooling fan failure
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and wait: Unplug the microwave and wait at least 5 minutes for the high-voltage capacitor to discharge (danger — residual charge may remain)
- Listen for operation: Place a cup of water inside and run for 10 seconds. Listen for the characteristic humming sound of microwave operation. Silence suggests the magnetron is not working
- Check cooling fan: Confirm the cooling fan runs when the microwave is operating. Fan failure can trigger the magnetron thermal protector
- Check thermal fuse: Some models have a thermal fuse (thermal cut-off) in series with the magnetron circuit. Check if it has blown
