常见原因
- 温度传感器 NTC 热敏电阻开路或短路损坏
- 传感器引线在炉腔顶部高温区域绝缘老化短路
- 传感器连接器松动或氧化接触不良
- 传感器安装位置偏移,未正确插入检测孔
- 主控板温度检测回路中电阻或电容损坏
- 烧烤模式下传感器长期承受高温导致性能劣化
自助排查
- 断电重启:拔掉电源插头等待 5 分钟,重新插电观察是否恢复
- 检查连接器:打开微波炉外壳,找到温度传感器在主控板上的插头(通常标记为 T-SENSOR 或 RT),重新插拔
- 测量传感器:用万用表电阻档测量传感器两端,常温下正常值约 10kΩ-100kΩ;无穷大为开路,接近 0Ω 为短路
- 检查引线:目视传感器引线特别是靠近炉腔部分是否有绝缘破损或烤焦
- 呼叫售后:若传感器损坏需更换原厂温度传感器,联系 Robam 售后(9510-5855)

Microwave temperature sensor fault. E4 indicates the main control chip detects abnormal resistance from the cavity temperature sensor (NTC thermistor, used for grill mode or overheat protection) — either open or short circuit.
Common Causes
- Open or shorted NTC thermistor in the temperature sensor
- Sensor lead insulation degraded and shorted near the high-temperature cavity top area
- Loose or oxidized sensor connector causing poor contact
- Sensor mounting displaced, not properly inserted into the detection hole
- Damaged resistor or capacitor in the main board temperature detection circuit
- Sensor performance degraded from prolonged exposure to high temperature in grill mode
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle: Unplug the microwave for 5 minutes, then reconnect to see if the code clears
- Check connector: Open the microwave housing, locate the temperature sensor connector on the main board (usually marked T-SENSOR or RT), and reseat it
- Measure sensor: Use a multimeter in resistance mode across the sensor. Normal room-temperature reading is 10kΩ-100kΩ; infinite indicates open circuit, near 0Ω indicates short
- Inspect leads: Visually check sensor leads, especially near the cavity area, for insulation damage or burn marks
