微波炉转盘电机故障。E6 表示主控芯片检测到转盘驱动电机电路异常——电机不转或转速异常，食物在加热过程中无法均匀受热。
常见原因
- 转盘电机内部绕组烧毁（开路或短路）
- 转盘电机同步电机（永磁同步电机）卡死
- 转盘电机连接器松动或线束被底盘夹断
- 转盘底部耦合器（驱动齿轮）磨损打滑
- 转盘电机启动电容（如使用）失效
- 转盘导轨内有食物残渣阻碍转动
自助排查
- 断电检查：拔掉电源插头，取出玻璃转盘和转盘支架
- 手动转动：用手转动转盘底部的驱动耦合器（电机轴），应转动顺畅；转动有阻力或完全卡死说明电机或机构卡住
- 清洁转盘导轨：清洁转盘导轨和驱动轮上的食物残渣和油污
- 检查耦合器：检查驱动耦合器（塑料齿轮）是否磨损严重或断裂；磨损的耦合器建议更换
- 呼叫售后：检查线束连接正常但电机不转，需更换转盘电机总成，联系 Robam 售后（9510-5855）

Microwave turntable motor fault. E6 indicates the main control chip detects an abnormality in the turntable drive motor circuit — the motor does not spin or runs at abnormal speed, preventing even heating during cooking.
Common Causes
- Burned-out turntable motor winding (open or short circuit)
- Seized synchronous motor in the turntable drive
- Loose turntable motor connector or harness pinched by the chassis
- Worn or slipping drive coupler (plastic gear) at the turntable bottom
- Failed start capacitor in the turntable motor (if applicable)
- Food debris in the turntable guide track obstructing rotation
Self-Check Steps
- Power off: Unplug the microwave, remove the glass tray and roller ring
- Manual rotation: Manually spin the drive coupler (motor shaft) at the turntable bottom. It should rotate smoothly. Resistance or complete lock-up indicates a seized motor or mechanism
- Clean guide track: Remove food debris and grease from the turntable guide track and drive wheels
- Check coupler: Inspect the plastic drive coupler for excessive wear or breakage. Replace if worn
- Call support: If the harness connection is good but the motor does not spin, replace the turntable motor assembly. Contact Robam after-sales service (9510-5855)
