空调室内风机电机转速反馈异常。E3 表示主板向室内风机发送运行指令后，检测到的风机实际转速与目标转速偏差过大或完全没有转速反馈信号。室内风机不转或转速不稳可能导致蒸发器结冰或出风量不足。
常见原因
- 室内风机电机（PG 电机或直流无刷电机）内置的霍尔传感器损坏，无法输出转速反馈信号。
- 风机电机启动电容（仅 PG 电机）容量衰减，电机启动无力或无法启动。
- 风机电机轴承卡死或缺油，转子无法自由转动。
- 主板到电机的转速反馈信号线断路或插头松动。
- 主板风机驱动电路（可控硅或 IPM 模块）损坏，无法正常驱动电机。
- 贯流风轮被异物卡住，电机堵转保护。
自助排查
- 断电后用手拨动室内机贯流风轮（滚筒风扇）——正常应能灵活转动数圈。若转动困难，说明电机轴承卡滞或风轮被异物卡住。
- 检查风轮是否有明显异物卡入，用毛刷清理风轮叶片间的积尘。
- 用万用表测量 PG 电机的启动电容容量是否在标称值范围内——若明显衰减需更换同规格电容。
- 检查电机与主板之间的连接线插头是否松动，重新插紧。
- 室内风机电机和主板维修需要专业工具和配件。若以上简易排查无效，联系 TCL 售后更换室内风机电机或主板。

Meaning
The indoor fan motor speed feedback is abnormal. E3 indicates that after the main board sends a run command to the indoor fan, the detected actual fan speed deviates significantly from the target speed or there is no speed feedback signal at all. An indoor fan that doesn’t spin or has unstable speed may cause evaporator icing or insufficient airflow.
Common Causes
- The Hall sensor built into the indoor fan motor (PG motor or brushless DC motor) is damaged and cannot output a speed feedback signal.
- The motor run capacitor (PG motors only) has degraded in capacitance, causing weak or failed motor startup.
- The fan motor bearings are seized or lack lubrication; the rotor cannot spin freely.
- The speed feedback signal wire between the main board and motor is broken or the connector is loose.
- The fan drive circuit on the main board (triac or IPM module) is damaged and cannot properly drive the motor.
- The cross-flow fan wheel is jammed by foreign objects, triggering motor stall protection.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, manually spin the indoor unit’s cross-flow fan wheel (drum fan) — it should rotate freely for several turns. If rotation is difficult, the motor bearings are seized or the fan wheel is obstructed by foreign material.
- Check the fan wheel for obvious foreign objects and use a brush to clean dust buildup between the fan blades.
- Use a multimeter to measure whether the PG motor’s run capacitor is within the rated capacitance range — if significantly degraded, replace with a capacitor of the same specification.
- Check whether the wiring connectors between the motor and main board are loose, and reseat them firmly.
