常见原因
- 驱动轮被地毯长纤维或电线缠绕，堵转导致电机过载
- 电机内部碳刷磨损或换向器脏污，接触不良

- 电机霍尔传感器信号丢失，无法反馈转速
- 主控板电机驱动芯片损坏
自助排查
- 关机后翻转机器人，检查左右驱动轮是否有明显缠绕物
- 用手转动驱动轮，感受是否有卡滞或阻力异常
- 清理驱动轮轴周围的毛发和纤维
- 将机器人放回充电座，重启后尝试进行移动测试
- 若驱动轮无法手动顺畅旋转或重启无效，需要更换驱动轮电机总成

Meaning
The robot vacuum’s main drive/travel motor has a fault. The control board cannot properly drive the wheel motor or detects an abnormal motor state.
Common Causes
- Drive wheel tangled with long carpet fibers or electrical cord, causing stall overload
- Worn motor carbon brushes or dirty commutator causing poor contact
- Foreign object lodged in the drive wheel gearbox or damaged gears
- Lost Hall sensor signal from the motor preventing speed feedback
- Damaged motor driver IC on the main control board
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and flip the robot over; inspect both drive wheels for visible tangles
- Rotate each drive wheel by hand to feel for binding or abnormal resistance
- Remove any hair or fiber wrapped around the drive wheel axles
- Place the robot back on the charging dock, restart, and test movement
- If the wheels do not spin freely by hand or restarting does not help, replace the drive wheel motor assembly
