常见原因

Self-Check Steps

1. Remove the side brush and clear all hair wrapped around the brush arms and shaft
2. Check the side brush for deformation or severely worn bristles — replace if necessary
3. Reinstall the side brush, ensuring it is properly seated and the retaining screw is tightened
4. Spin the side brush shaft by hand to feel for abnormal resistance at the motor end
5. If E04 persists but the side brush is visibly spinning, this warning can generally be ignored
