含义
主滚刷（位于机器人底部吸口处）被卡住或旋转异常，清洁效率下降。主刷是机器人吸取灰尘的核心部件。
常见原因
- 大量毛发缠绕在主刷两端轴承处，形成紧束环
- 主刷端盖松动或丢失，刷条轴向窜动卡在吸口内
- 地板上细线（如充电线、耳机线）卷入主刷
- 主刷磨损严重，刷毛高度不均导致与地面接触异常
- 主刷驱动皮带（若有）松弛或断裂
自助排查
- 翻转机器人，按下主刷盖释放按钮取下主刷盖板
- 取出主刷，用剪刀清理两端轴承位缠绕的毛发
- 检查主刷端盖是否完好并锁紧到位
- 清理主刷槽内的碎屑，尤其注意两端传动位置的异物
- 重新安装主刷，确保端盖卡入到位后开机测试

Common Causes
- Heavy hair tangling around both main brush end bearings, forming tight binding rings
- Main brush end caps loose or missing, causing the brush to shift axially and bind inside the housing
- Thin cord on the floor (charging cable, earphone wire) caught in the main brush
- Main brush severely worn with uneven bristle height, causing abnormal floor contact
- Main brush drive belt (if equipped) loose or broken
Self-Check Steps
- Flip the robot over, press the main brush cover release button and remove the cover
- Take out the main brush and use scissors to cut away hair wrapped around both end bearings
- Check that the main brush end caps are intact and locked in place
- Clean debris from the main brush channel, especially around the drive ends
- Reinstall the main brush, ensure end caps click into position, and test operation
