自助排查
- 关闭机器并拆下电机组件,检查电机内部是否有灰尘或异物进入
- 用压缩空气吹扫霍尔传感器安装位置,清除可能遮挡的碎屑
- 检查传感器连接线是否完好,插头是否牢固
- 手动旋转电机转子感受是否有异常阻力或卡顿
- 若可见传感器元件损坏或线路断裂,需更换电机总成或维修PCB

The motor Hall sensor signal is abnormal. The control board cannot accurately read the rotor position or speed, causing unstable motor operation or shutdown.
Common Causes
- Hall sensor element obstructed by dust or debris, unable to detect magnetic field changes
- Motor rotor magnets demagnetized or cracked, producing insufficient field strength to trigger the sensor
- Loose or broken wiring connection between the sensor and the PCB
- Worn motor bearings causing rotor eccentricity, altering the sensor-to-magnet gap
- Hall signal processing circuit damaged on the control board
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and remove the motor assembly; inspect the interior for dust or foreign objects
- Use compressed air to blow around the Hall sensor mounting area to clear any obstructing debris
- Check the sensor wiring harness for damage and verify connectors are seated firmly
- Manually rotate the motor rotor to feel for abnormal resistance or catching
- If visible sensor damage or broken wiring is found, replace the motor assembly or repair the PCB
