含义
电机转子被机械卡住无法旋转，或负载超过电机输出能力导致转子停转，控制板检测到电机无转速信号后触发保护。
常见原因
- 吸头吸入大件硬物（衣物、毛巾、玩具）卡住刷条并传入电机轴
- 电机轴承严重磨损或损坏，转子卡死无法转动
- 异物进入电机风道，扇叶与外壳卡滞
- 电机内部线圈局部短路导致磁场失衡，转子无法克服阻力启动
- 转子与定子之间因长期磨损产生接触摩擦
自助排查
- 立即关闭机器并拔下充电器，停止一切操作
- 检查吸头和刷条是否有异物缠绕，清除所有缠绕物
- 拆下吸头和延长管，仅保留主机，尝试启动——若正常则问题在吸头端
- 若主机空转时仍报E10，需要拆机检查电机扇叶和轴承
- 不要反复尝试强制启动，以免烧毁电机线圈——直接送修

Meaning
The motor rotor is mechanically locked and cannot spin, or the load exceeds the motor’s output capability causing the rotor to stall. The control board triggers protection after detecting zero motor speed feedback.
Common Causes
- Large hard object (clothing, towel, toy) sucked into the head jamming the brush bar and torque-locking the motor shaft
- Severely worn or damaged motor bearings locking the rotor
- Foreign object entering the motor air duct causing fan blade-to-housing contact
- Partial short circuit in motor windings causing magnetic field imbalance — rotor cannot overcome resistance to start
- Metal-to-metal contact between rotor and stator from prolonged bearing wear
Self-Check Steps
- Immediately turn off the machine and unplug the charger. Do not attempt to restart
- Inspect the head and brush bar for tangled debris; remove all obstructions
- Detach the head and extension wand, try running the main body alone — if it works, the fault is in the head assembly
- If the main body still shows E10 when running without attachments, the motor assembly requires disassembly to inspect the fan and bearings
- Do not repeatedly attempt to force-start the motor; this may burn out the windings — contact Dyson service directly
