电池充电时间超过预期最大值，充电未能在规定时间内完成。BMS判定可能存在异常，终止充电以防过充。
常见原因
- 充电器输出功率不足或使用了非原装慢充充电器
- 电池组严重亏电，充电过程需要长时间预充（涓流充电）
- 充电环境温度过高（>40°C）或过低（<0°C），BMS限制充电电流
- 电池组内个别电芯老化严重，容量衰减导致充电时间异常延长
- 充电触点氧化导致接触电阻增大，实际充电电流偏小
自助排查
- 确认使用戴森原装充电器，检查充电器铭牌输出电压和电流是否匹配
- 清洁电池充电触点和充电器插头，去除氧化层
- 在室温环境（15-25°C）下充电，避免极端温度
- 观察充电过程中充电指示灯是否正常闪烁，无闪烁说明未正常充电
- 若电池已使用超过2年且此问题反复出现，建议更换电池组

Meaning
Battery charging has exceeded the expected maximum time and the charge cycle did not complete within the specified window. The BMS terminates charging to prevent overcharging.
Common Causes
- Charger delivering insufficient power, or a non-genuine slow charger being used
- Battery pack deeply discharged, requiring an extended pre-charge (trickle charge) phase
- Charging in ambient temperature above 40°C or below 0°C — BMS limits charge current
- One or more cells significantly aged with reduced capacity, extending charge time abnormally
- Oxidized charging contacts increasing contact resistance and reducing effective charge current
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm you are using a genuine Dyson charger; check the rated output voltage and current on the charger label
- Clean the battery charging contacts and charger plug to remove oxidation
- Charge at room temperature (15-25°C); avoid extreme hot or cold environments
- Observe the charging LED during charging — if it does not flash, charging has not initiated normally
- If the battery is over 2 years old and E14 recurs frequently, replace the battery pack
