常见原因
- 洗衣机门未完全关严，门钩未到位或门封条有异物阻碍关门。
- 门锁组件（PTC 热敏锁）内部双金属片老化，加热后无法正常动作锁闭。
- 门锁连接线束插头松动、氧化或线束断裂，锁闭反馈信号无法传回主控板。
- 门钩（门扣）塑料件磨损或断裂，无法将锁舌推入锁体内。
- 主控板门锁驱动电路故障，无法向门锁输出正确的锁闭电压。
自助排查
- 用力将洗衣机门推向机身直至听到清晰的”咔嗒”锁闭声。检查门封胶圈是否有衣物或异物卡在门缝处。
- 用手电筒检查门钩是否有明显裂纹或磨损。若门钩塑料发白、变形或断裂，需更换门钩组件。
- 关闭电源等待 2-3 分钟后重新通电，让门锁 PTC 元件冷却复位，然后重新关门尝试启动程序。
- 断电后拆下洗衣机顶盖，找到门锁组件，检查线束插头是否插紧、端子有无氧化发黑。重新插拔插头数次以清除氧化层。

Meaning
Error code 11 indicates the washer door has not locked properly. Before starting a wash or spin cycle, the main control board sends a lock signal to the door lock assembly, but does not receive the lock-confirmed feedback signal within the allotted time. To prevent the door from opening mid-cycle—which could cause flooding or safety hazards—the controller refuses to start any program.
Common Causes
- The washer door is not fully closed; the door catch is not seated or the door gasket has debris preventing proper closure.
- The door lock assembly’s internal PTC bimetal strip is aged and fails to actuate and lock after heating.
- The door lock wiring harness connector is loose, oxidized, or the harness is broken, preventing the lock feedback signal from reaching the main control board.
- The door hook (striker) plastic is worn, cracked, or broken, unable to push the latch bolt into the lock body.
- The main control board’s door lock drive circuit is faulty and cannot output the correct locking voltage to the door lock assembly.
Self-Check Steps
- Push the door firmly toward the washer body until you hear a distinct “click” as it locks. Check that no clothing or foreign objects are caught in the door gasket seam.
- Use a flashlight to inspect the door hook for visible cracks or wear. If the plastic is whitened, deformed, or broken, the door hook assembly needs replacement.
- Power off the washer for 2–3 minutes, then power back on to allow the door lock PTC element to cool and reset. Close the door firmly and attempt to start a cycle.
- After unplugging the washer, remove the top panel to locate the door lock assembly. Check that the wiring harness connector is firmly seated and the terminals are free of black oxidation. Unplug and replug the connector several times to clean the contacts.
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the door lock assembly or main control board may need replacement. Contact GE after-sales service for an in-home inspection.
