E003 为面板 VGL（栅极关断电压）异常。VGL 为负电压，用于驱动像素晶体管关断。当 VGL 电压异常时，像素无法正常关断，表现为屏幕泛白、残影或不正常显示。

常见原因

1. VGL 电压生成电路元件损坏
2. 栅极驱动 IC 内部短路
3. VGL 滤波电容漏电
4. T-con 板电压调节器故障
5. 面板 COF 绑定（bonding）劣化

自助排查

1. 断电后重新插拔 T-con 板与面板之间的排线，确保接触良好。
2. 用万用表测量 VGL 测试点，正常为负电压（约 -5V 至 -10V），如偏差过大说明电路异常。
3. 检查 VGL 电路区域电容外观，有鼓包或漏液需更换。
4. 如有条件可替换 T-con 板进行交叉测试，排除 T-con 板故障。
5. 若以上检查均正常，需联系海信售后服务进行面板级检修。

Meaning

Panel VGL (gate-off) voltage abnormal. VGL is a negative voltage used to turn off pixel transistors. When VGL voltage is abnormal, pixels cannot properly switch off, causing washed-out screen, image retention, or abnormal display.

Common Causes

1. VGL voltage generation circuit component damage
2. Gate driver IC internal short circuit
3. VGL filter capacitor leakage
4. T-con board voltage regulator failure
5. Panel COF bonding degradation

Self-Check Steps

1. Power off, reseat the flex cables between the T-con board and panel to ensure good contact.
2. Measure the VGL test point with a multimeter; normal value is negative (approx. -5V to -10V). Significant deviation indicates a circuit fault.
3. Visually inspect capacitors in the VGL circuit area; replace any that show bulging or leakage.
4. If possible, swap the T-con board with a known working one to rule out T-con failure.
5. If all above checks pass, contact Hisense after-sales service for panel-level diagnosis.
