E005 为主板通信故障。主板各芯片之间通过 SPI/I2C 等总线通信，当通信中断时系统无法正常工作，可能表现为无法开机、死机或功能异常。

常见原因

1. SPI/I2C 总线异常，某个外设芯片无响应
2. 主 SoC 死机或挂起
3. Flash 存储器数据损坏
4. 主板电源纹波过大，影响芯片稳定
5. 主板至 T-con 板排线断裂

自助排查

1. 断开电视电源，等待 5 分钟以上后重新上电，观察是否恢复。
2. 检查主板与各子板之间的排线连接是否牢固。
3. 目视检查主板上电容是否有鼓包或漏液，供电异常会导致通信故障。
4. 如电视偶尔能开机但频繁死机，可能是 Flash 数据损坏，需联系售后重刷固件。
5. 若上电后指示灯亮但屏幕无任何反应，主板故障可能性大，需联系海信售后更换主板。

Self-Check Steps

1. Disconnect the TV from power, wait at least 5 minutes, then reconnect and check if it recovers.
2. Check that all ribbon cables between the main board and daughter boards are securely connected.
3. Visually inspect capacitors on the main board for bulging or leakage; abnormal power can cause communication faults.
4. If the TV occasionally powers on but frequently freezes, flash data corruption is possible; contact service to reflash firmware.
5. If the power indicator lights up but the screen shows no response, the main board is likely faulty; contact Hisense service for main board replacement.
