E007 为无线模块通信错误。Wi-Fi/蓝牙模块与主板之间的 USB 或 SDIO 通信中断，导致无线网络和蓝牙功能不可用，但不影响基本观看。

常见原因

1. 无线模块在 USB/SDIO 总线上无响应
2. 天线连接断开或接触不良
3. 模块固件崩溃
4. 附近强电磁干扰
5. 模块供电不稳定

自助排查

1. 进入电视设置菜单，关闭 Wi-Fi 再重新开启，或将电视断电重启。
2. 打开后盖检查无线模块天线是否连接牢固。
3. 检查路由器是否正常工作，尝试将电视靠近路由器以排除距离/干扰因素。
4. 在设置中执行恢复出厂网络设置，清除可能损坏的 Wi-Fi 配置。
5. 若以上均无效，无线模块可能硬件损坏，需联系海信售后更换模块。

Wireless module communication error. The USB/SDIO communication between the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module and the main board has been interrupted. Wireless network and Bluetooth functions are unavailable, but basic viewing is not affected.

Self-Check Steps

1. Go to the TV settings menu, turn Wi-Fi off and on again, or power-cycle the TV.
2. Open the back cover and check that the wireless module antenna is securely connected.
3. Verify that the router is working properly; try moving the TV closer to the router to rule out distance/interference.
4. Perform a network settings factory reset in the settings menu to clear possibly corrupted Wi-Fi configuration.
5. If none of the above helps, the wireless module may have a hardware fault; contact Hisense service to replace the module.
