E009 为电源板输出电压异常。电源板负责将交流电转换为各电路模块所需的直流电压，输出电压异常会导致电视无法开机或间歇性故障。

常见原因

1. 初级侧开关 MOSFET 损坏
2. 输出整流二极管短路
3. 滤波电容鼓包容量下降
4. 反馈光耦性能退化
5. 待机电源 IC 故障

自助排查

1. 断开电视电源，打开后盖，目视检查电源板电容有无明显鼓包或漏液。
2. 检查电源板上的保险丝是否熔断，熔断说明存在短路。
3. 用万用表测量待机 5V 输出是否正常（指示灯亮说明待机电源可能正常）。
4. 测量主电源各路输出（12V、24V 等）是否在标称值附近。
5. 电源板涉及高压，非专业人士切勿带电操作。如发现电容鼓包或保险烧断，建议直接联系海信售后更换电源板。

Meaning

Power supply board abnormal output voltage. The power board converts AC to the various DC voltages required by circuit modules. Abnormal output can cause the TV to fail to power on or exhibit intermittent faults.

Common Causes

1. Primary side switching MOSFET failure
2. Output rectifier diode short circuit
3. Filter capacitor bulging and capacitance degradation
4. Feedback optocoupler degraded
5. Standby power IC failure

Self-Check Steps

1. Disconnect the TV from power, open the back cover, and visually inspect the power board capacitors for obvious bulging or leakage.
2. Check whether the fuse on the power board is blown; a blown fuse indicates a short circuit.
3. Use a multimeter to measure the standby 5V output (if the indicator light is on, standby power is likely normal).
4. Measure the main power rail outputs (12V, 24V, etc.) to see if they are near their nominal values.
5. The power board involves high voltage; never operate with power connected unless you are qualified. If capacitors are bulging or the fuse is blown, contact Hisense after-sales service for power board replacement.
