3. Broken PCB traces or cracked BGA pads between the DDR and the main chip — often from drops or vibration.
4. Missing DDR reference voltage (VREF) due to damaged voltage-divider resistors on the motherboard.
5. Mismatched DDR frequency or timing parameters with the main chip (incorrect firmware flash).
6. Hardware defects or age-related degradation in the main chip’s internal DDR controller.
