洗衣机无法正常排水，显示屏显示 OE 故障代码。OE 代表排水异常（Outlet Error），表示洗衣机在规定时间内未能将筒内积水排出。
常见原因
- 排水管弯折、压扁或堵塞，导致水流无法顺畅排出。
- 排水泵过滤器被硬币、纽扣、发夹、棉絮等异物堵塞。
- 排水管安装高度过高或插入下水道过深，形成虹吸或回水阻力。
- 排水泵电机故障或泵内叶轮被异物卡死。
- 排水管连接处松动或破损，造成漏水导致排水压力不足。
自助排查
- 关闭洗衣机电源并拔掉插头，确保安全。
- 检查排水管是否有弯折、压扁或打结，将管路理顺，确保排水通畅。
- 检查排水管出口高度：应在地面以上 60–100 cm 之间，且排水管末端不应完全浸入下水道水中。
- 打开洗衣机前面板下方的过滤器盖（通常在右下角），逆时针旋出排水泵过滤器，清理内部残留物和异物。注意：打开前准备容器接水，会有少量积水流出。
- 清理完毕后装回过滤器并旋紧，重新插上电源，运行一次单独的”脱水/排水”程序测试是否恢复正常。

The washing machine cannot drain water properly, displaying the OE error code. OE stands for Outlet Error, indicating that the machine failed to drain the water from the drum within the expected time.
Common Causes
- The drain hose is kinked, crushed, or clogged, obstructing water flow.
- The drain pump filter is clogged with debris such as coins, buttons, hairpins, lint, or other small objects.
- The drain hose is installed too high or inserted too deep into the standpipe, causing backflow or siphoning issues.
- The drain pump motor is faulty or the pump impeller is jammed by foreign objects.
- Loose or damaged drain hose connections causing water leakage and insufficient drain pressure.
Self-Check Steps
- Turn off the washing machine and unplug it for safety.
- Inspect the drain hose for kinks, crushing, or knots; straighten the hose to ensure unobstructed drainage.
- Verify the drain hose outlet height — it should be between 60–100 cm above the floor, and the hose end should not be fully submerged in the drain water.
- Open the drain pump filter cover (usually at the bottom right of the front panel), turn the filter cap counterclockwise to remove it, and clean out any debris and foreign objects. Note: Place a container underneath beforehand, as residual water will spill out.
- After cleaning, reinstall the filter and tighten it securely. Plug the machine back in and run a standalone “Spin/Drain” cycle to verify normal operation.
