遥控器通讯异常。室内机的红外接收器未能正确接收到遥控器发出的控制信号，或接收到的信号数据校验失败，导致按键操作无响应。

常见原因

1. 遥控器电池电量不足，红外发射强度不够
2. 遥控器到室内机之间有遮挡物阻挡红外线传输
3. 室内机红外接收头表面被灰尘覆盖，灵敏度下降
4. 室内机红外接收头（IR Receiver）损坏
5. 遥控器晶振频率偏移，发射信号载波频率偏离38kHz标准值

自助排查

1. 打开手机相机对准遥控器发射头，按下按键观察是否有红外闪光（通过相机屏幕可见）
2. 更换遥控器电池（推荐碱性电池）
3. 清洁室内机红外接收窗表面的灰尘和污渍
4. 如果遥控器有闪光但空调无反应，说明接收头可能损坏，需更换室内机显示板

2. Obstruction between the remote and the indoor unit blocking the infrared beam
3. Dust layer on the indoor unit IR receiver window reducing sensitivity
4. Damaged IR receiver module on the indoor unit
5. Shifted crystal oscillator frequency in the remote, deviating the carrier from the 38kHz standard

Self-Check Steps

1. Point the remote at a phone camera and press a button — the IR flash should be visible through the camera screen
2. Replace the remote batteries with fresh alkaline ones
3. Clean the IR receiver window on the indoor unit with a soft cloth
4. If the remote flashes but the AC does not respond, the receiver module may be damaged — replace the indoor display board
