四通换向阀故障。在制冷/制热模式切换时,四通阀(换向阀)未能正常换向或位置检测异常,导致空调制冷模式下出热风、制热模式下出冷风。
常见原因
- 四通阀线圈开路或短路,无法产生足够电磁力推动阀芯
- 四通阀滑阀卡滞(长期未切换或系统内有焊渣/杂质)
- 四通阀线圈插头接触不良或端子氧化
- 系统压力差过小,四通阀换向所需的压差不满足条件
- 室外主板上四通阀驱动继电器触点粘连或驱动三极管击穿
自助排查
- 进入试运行模式,在制冷和制热之间切换,听四通阀是否有”咔嗒”换向声
- 使用万用表测量四通阀线圈的直流电阻(通常1-2kΩ),对比标准值
- 检查四通阀线圈插头是否插接到位,有无松动
- 若线圈正常但阀体不换向,可能阀体内部卡滞,需敲击阀体尝试振动复位或更换四通阀

Meaning
4-way reversing valve fault. When switching between cooling and heating modes, the reversing valve fails to change position or its position detection is abnormal. The AC blows hot air in cooling mode or cold air in heating mode.
Common Causes
- Open or shorted 4-way valve solenoid coil, unable to generate sufficient electromagnetic force to shift the spool
- Stuck reversing valve spool (from prolonged inactivity or debris/welding slag in the system)
- Loose or oxidized solenoid coil connector terminals
- Insufficient system pressure differential to satisfy the reversing valve’s minimum shifting pressure requirement
- Welded relay contacts or shorted driver transistor on the outdoor main board’s valve drive circuit
Self-Check Steps
- Enter test run mode and switch between cooling and heating — listen for the “click” of the valve shifting
- Measure the solenoid coil DC resistance with a multimeter (typically 1-2kΩ) and compare to specification
- Verify the coil connector is fully seated and not loose
- If the coil tests good but the valve does not shift, internal spool sticking is likely — try tapping the valve body gently to free it, or replace the 4-way valve assembly
