Indoor secondary temperature sensor fault (NTC2). Some Panasonic AC models have two indoor temperature sensors — a main sensor and an auxiliary sensor. H30 indicates the auxiliary sensor signal is abnormal.
Common Causes

- Sensor lead wire damaged during transportation or installation
- Sensor resistance drifted outside tolerance
