压缩机启动失败。压缩机接收到启动指令后无法正常启动或启动后立即停转，系统检测到转子位置反馈信号异常或启动电流波形不符合预期。
常见原因
- 压缩机内部机械卡死（轴承抱轴、转子定子摩擦）
- 压缩机启动电容或运行电容容量严重不足
- 压缩机三相绕组不平衡或某相断路
- 室外机IPM模块某一路驱动损坏，无法输出正确启动波形
- 系统内制冷剂压力不平衡（高压侧压力过高），启动转矩不足以克服
自助排查
- 断开电源后使用万用表电阻档测量压缩机三个端子的绕组阻值是否平衡
- 用兆欧表（绝缘电阻表）测量压缩机绕组对地绝缘是否大于1MΩ
- 检查压缩机电容外观有无鼓包，测量容量是否在标称范围内
- 若绕组和绝缘正常但压缩机无法启动，需更换压缩机或IPM模块

Meaning
Compressor start failure. The compressor fails to start after receiving the start command, or stops immediately after starting. The system detects abnormal rotor position feedback or the startup current waveform does not match expectations.
Common Causes
- Internal mechanical seizure (bearing seizure, rotor-stator friction)
- Severely degraded start or run capacitor capacitance
- Unbalanced three-phase compressor windings or one phase open-circuit
- Damaged drive channel in the outdoor IPM module unable to generate the correct startup waveform
- Refrigerant pressure imbalance (high side pressure too high) requiring more torque than available
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and measure winding resistance across all three compressor terminals with a multimeter — check for balance
- Use a megohmmeter to test winding-to-ground insulation (should be above 1MΩ)
- Inspect the capacitor for bulging and measure its capacitance against the rated value
- If windings and insulation are normal but the compressor will not start, replace the compressor or IPM module
