室外机散热片/风扇散热异常。室外机IPM模块或功率器件的散热器温度过高，温度传感器检测到散热片温度超出安全范围。

常见原因

1. 室外机散热片积灰过厚，风道堵塞
2. 室外风扇转速不足或停转，风量减小
3. 散热片与IPM模块之间的导热硅脂干涸，热阻增大
4. 室外机安装在封闭或半封闭空间，热空气无法排出
5. IPM模块开关频率异常导致功率损耗增大，发热量上升

自助排查

1. 关闭空调并断电，检查室外机散热片是否被灰尘、柳絮覆盖并清理
2. 确认室外机风扇运转正常，风速可调档位下转速变化明显
3. 确保室外机周围至少有30cm以上的散热空间
4. 若散热片干净且风扇正常但温度仍高，可能需更换导热硅脂或IPM模块

Outdoor unit heatsink/fan cooling abnormal. The heatsink temperature of the IPM module or power device is too high. The temperature sensor on the heatsink has detected readings exceeding the safe range.

Common Causes

1. Thick dust layer on the outdoor unit heatsink blocking airflow channels
2. Slow or stopped outdoor fan reducing cooling air volume
3. Dried-out thermal grease between the heatsink and IPM module increasing thermal resistance
4. Outdoor unit installed in an enclosed or semi-enclosed space where hot air cannot dissipate
5. Abnormal IPM switching frequency causing higher power dissipation and increased heat generation

Self-Check Steps

1. Power off and inspect the outdoor unit heatsink for dust or debris (e.g. cottonwood) — clean thoroughly
2. Verify the outdoor fan is operating normally with noticeable speed changes across fan settings
3. Ensure at least 30cm of clearance around the outdoor unit for proper heat dissipation
4. If the heatsink is clean and the fan is normal but temperature remains high, replace the thermal grease or the IPM module
