室外管路温度传感器异常。安装于室外机液管或气管上的温度传感器信号异常，系统无法准确检测室外管路的实际温度，影响过热度控制和膨胀阀调节。
常见原因
- 传感器探头从管路表面脱落，失去热接触
- 传感器引线在室外机接线盒内部磨损短路
- NTC传感器在高温或低温环境下性能衰变
- 传感器插头腐蚀或接触不良
- 传感器与室外机主板的连接线束中间有断线
自助排查
- 打开室外机外壳，检查管路传感器是否紧贴在铜管表面并固定
- 用万用表测量传感器阻值，与镀锌管表面实际温度对照估算
- 目视检查传感器引线有无破损、烧焦或裸露的铜线
- 若阻值异常，拔下传感器单独测量；仍异常则更换传感器

Meaning
Outdoor pipe temperature sensor abnormal. The temperature sensor mounted on the outdoor unit liquid or gas pipe returns abnormal readings. The system cannot accurately detect actual pipe temperature, affecting superheat control and expansion valve adjustment.
Common Causes
- Sensor probe detached from the pipe surface, losing thermal contact
- Sensor lead wires chafed and shorting inside the outdoor unit terminal box
- NTC sensor performance degraded under extreme high or low temperature exposure
- Corroded or loose sensor connector
- Broken wire in the cable harness between the sensor and outdoor main board
Self-Check Steps
- Open the outdoor unit cover and check that the pipe sensor is firmly taped to the copper pipe surface
- Measure sensor resistance with a multimeter and cross-reference against the actual pipe surface temperature
- Visually inspect sensor leads for damage, burns, or exposed copper wire
- If resistance is abnormal, disconnect the sensor and measure alone; if still abnormal, replace the sensor
